Caps on 5 and 7 year Adjustable Rate Mortgages are 2/2/6. Rate floor is equal to the starting rate of the interest rate of the chosen product. Government Sponsored Loans

FHA loans include a one-time upfront mortgage insurance premium at 1.75% of the base loan amount and a monthly mortgage insurance premium (MIP). Monthly payment (above) does not include MIP, property taxes or insurance.

VA loans do not require mortgage insurance. The VA loan is a benefit of military service and only offered to veterans, surviving spouses and active duty military. Monthly payment (above) does not include property taxes or insurance.

Home Equity Line of Credit

*Annual Percentage Rate (APR) as of November 12, 2024. Minimum APR is 3.25% and maximum APR is 18.00%. APR is variable and may change monthly. Maximum combined loan-to-value of 70% if the loan is secured by a property with a non-ECB first mortgage. Maximum combined loan-to-value of 75% if the loan is secured by a property with a ECB first mortgage. Draw on the line for up to 10 years with up to 15 years to repay the funds used. Minimum loan/line amount is $10,000 and maximum is $250,000. Estimated closing costs range from $175 - $1,500. Additional fees may apply for first lien HELOCs or properties held in trust. Property insurance is required. An Early Termination Fee of $500 will apply if the HELOC is terminated within 36 months. Subject to credit approval.

The variable rate is equal to the Prime Rate for the life of the line, with a floor of 3.25% and a maximum rate of 18% APR. Prime Rate is 7.75% as of November 8, 2024. Rates and APR for all lines adjust monthly based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate published in its money rates section. Homes currently for sale or intended to be sold within 12 months are not eligible for these terms. Loan applications subject to credit approval.

Payments do not include insurance. Your payment may be greater if the loan is secured by a first lien.
