Dennis J. Leonard

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Leonard has been the president of Delta Dental, the largest dental insurer in Massachusetts with over 2.5 million members, since 2011 and has served as the organization’s CEO since 2019. He previously held several senior leadership positions within the company, including chief sales officer, regional president and vice president of sales and marketing.

In addition, Mr. Leonard has over 40 years of combined experience in healthcare, including 16 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. He also sits on the boards for five other institutions, including Merrimack College, Associated Industries of Massachusetts, The New England Council, Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, and Delta Dental Plans Association Board. Mr. Leonard also has significant ties to the City of Everett as a former Everett City Council member and president in 1985.

Prior to his current tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Leonard previously served as Chairman of Everett Bank’s Finance & Audit Committee.

Joseph Sachetta

Managing partner and founding member of Sachetta and Callahan, LLC. Mr. Sachetta is a certified public account with 38 years of finance and accounting experience.

Mr. Sachetta has been an active participant with many local organizations including the Everett Rotary Club and Hallmark Health Board of Corporators.

Mr. Sachetta also served as a member of the Everett School Committee. With Everett Bank, Mr. Sachetta previously served as Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Richard J. O'Neil Jr., Esq.

President & Chief Executive Officer of Everett Bank

Prior to his position as CEO and President, Mr. O'Neil practiced Law with Silvestein and O'Neil, focusing on Real Estate Conveyancing, the representation of lenders and developers in permitting and zoning, civil litigation and probate proceedings.  Mr. O'Neil has had a banking affiliation for 30 years as a Director and General Counsel.  

Mr. O'Neil has been an elected official in the Town of Lynnfield serving as a member of the Lynnfield Planning Board and is currently a member of the Lynnfield Board of Assessors.

Marjorie A. White

Having risen from teller to President over her 50 years of banking experience, Mrs. White continues to guide Everett Bank forward in her retirement.

She has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in many other civic organizations.

Elizabeth P. Jones

Ms. Jones has 45 years of banking experience with 15 years as the former CEO and President at Everett Bank. Ms. Jones has had an active involvement in local civic organizations and many Boards, such as Middlesex Community College and Lahey Clinic.

Ms. Jones served for many years on the Central Co-operative Bank Board and as past Chairman of the Board.

Paul. A Delory, Esq.

Mr. Delory is the founder of the Law Office of Paul A. Delory. He has 42 years of legal experience focusing on real estate, conveyancing and development, zoning and administration bearing commercial law and banking. Attorney Delory served as Chairman of the Board from 2012 through 2016.

Susan Sgroi

Ms. Sgroi is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She previously served as the EVP of Human Resources for Fidelity Investments Asset Management Company, and has more than 30 years of experience aligning business goals with workforce strategies.

Ms. Sgroi also serves on the board of St. Francis House, the largest day shelter for the homeless in Boston, as well as the Northeast Human Resources Association.

Kathleen Rush

Clerk of the Corporation

Ms. Rush has over 42 years of Banking Experience. She started her career as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up to Senior Vice President at Everett Co-operative Bank.

After retiring from her role as Senior Vice President in June 2019, she has remained actively involved with the Bank through her commitment to her role as Clerk of the Corporation for the Board of Directors.
